Bio

Dan He is a senior partner at Dentons and is an arbitrator for the Wuhan Arbitration Committee. His major practice areas are as legal adviser to enterprises, intellectual property and real estate. Dan graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Master of Law degree in 2003, and then took a doctorate in Management. He has published a number of papers in The Law Review, Technology Progress and Policy, Economy and Law (Hong Kong), Theory Monthly, Electronic Intellectual Property Rights and other professional journals. He has also been interviewed by the press as a legal expert on a number of occasions by the press of Hubei Daily, Wuhan TV, Wuhan Morning Paper, Changjiang Business Daily, and Legal Daily, among others.
