Michael Mcgee multifacted practice focuses on intellectual property and technology, real estate transactions, corporate and business planning, and general contract issues. Michael's multiple areas of practice give him a breadth of experience and knowledge that allows him to understand and counsel business clients regarding the varied issues that they encounter on a day-to-day basis. As part of Michael's intellectual property practice, he assists clients with screening, protecting, and enforcement of their trademarks, protecting and enforcement of their rights in their valuable copyrighted works. He also routinely drafts and negotiates software license, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and other technology-related agreements, representing both providers and consumers of these types of products and services. In his real estate practice, Michael prepares and negotiates agreements for the acquisition and disposition of real estate, and regularly deals with commercial leasing from both a landlord and tenant perspective. As part of his well-rounded practice, Michael also prepares and negotiates a variety of commercial contracts and business formation and governance documents.
