Job Turner is a member of Dentons' Corporate practice. For many clients, Darby serves as outside general counsel for closely held and family businesses. Darby assists his clients with general corporate representation, financing, land use work, real estate law, development, mergers & acquisitions, litigation and other matters. He provides strategic guidance to clients when business opportunities arise, identifying any related issues or problems and how best to achieve the desired outcome. He also guides clients through specific matters that may arise, such as environmental, employment, legacy planning and estate planning issues. Darby also works with the Lexington Housing Authority on many sophisticated matters including development using low-income housing tax credits and HOPEVI grants.
