Lily Tillers practices entertainment transaction law as a partner at the firm and specializes in representing writers, directors, producers, on-camera talent, production companies and executives in television, film and digital media industries, as well as in branding, licensing and endorsements. As a former corporate lawyer with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, Lily understands the importance of attention to detail in all aspects of dealmaking. While she expands and adapts her transactional skills and capabilities to suit her clients’ immediate and long-term career objectives she remains uncompromising on the application of hard work, due diligence, proper counsel and strategic contribution when representing them. Lily proactively contributes creative solutions to her work in an industry where challenges and uncertainty arise daily.
