For over a decade Bartosz Bagienski has been advising on complex M&A projects and foreign investments in Poland. He specializes in mergers and acqusitions of insurance companies. He has extensive experience in civil, bankruptcy and business procedures, as well as in legal matters relating to capital investments and investment financing. He advises insurance companies and investment funds. He also offers ongoing consultancy services and services for companies, in particular in the area of corporate law and commercial contracts law, as well as litigation. In 2007 he joined the Regional Bar Association in Warsaw. In 2014 he completed the Associate Leadership Program for young Globalaw leaders, and has been a member of the Globalaw Membership Committee since 2017. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
