Vittorio De Luca, Managing Partner of the Firm, joined De Luca & Partners in 1996 and became a partner in 1999. Before that, Vittorio De Luca worked for Loyens & Loeff (formerly Loyens & Volkmaars - Amsterdam) and Studio Deiure (Milan). Vittorio De Luca is a member of the Scientific Committee for Labor Disputes of "Il Sole 24 Ore" and, since 2011, has been a lecturer on the subject at the Labor Law Institute of the University of Milan.
