Sharon Mccaffrey is a corporate partner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters. Sharon heads our Dublin Corporate & Commercial team. Her practice has a particular emphasis on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, private equity fundraising and investments, joint ventures, inward investment projects and corporate finance matters. Sharon also advises on commercial agreements and on corporate governance and compliance issues. Sharon regularly acts for leading Irish and international companies, as well as individual shareholders, across a range of business sectors including telecoms, renewables, technology, energy, healthcare and infrastructure.
