Michael Pearce is a corporate and finance lawyer based in our Bristol office. Michael advises public and private companies and public sector bodies on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs and equity fundraisings. Michael has wide transactional experience advising banks and other financial institutions and borrowers on a variety of finance matters, including development and acquisition finance and structured finance arrangements.
