Guillermo Amunátegui Errázuriz leads the Corporate team in our Chile office. He specialises in corporate law, capital markets, contracts, and employment law. He advises shareholders and boards of directors of both open and close corporations in corporate fields. He also represents them before the authority in processes of issuing public offer instruments within the Chilean security market, such as shares, bonds and promissory notes.
