Akshay Jeet Bhat is part of the general corporate practice, specialises in private equity and venture capital investments. He has advised on a number of foreign and domestic private equity investments, joint ventures, strategic investments and acquisitions, having represented investors/acquirers and the target companies, both listed and unlisted. He has also closely been involved in examining business models of e-commerce and marketplace companies to ensure compliance with sectoral laws and foreign investment regulations.
