Paolo Cocchini is an experienced Corporate International lawyer. Mr. Cocchini focuses on domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition and private equity transactions. He regularly advice also on joint ventures and general corporate matters. Mr. Cocchini has gained significant experience in advising major multinational corporations in complex cross-border corporate/commercial transactions and is particularly recognized for his constructive approach. Mr. Cocchini has been a lecturer in company law for several years at Business School24, the educational organization formerly owned by Il Sole 24 Ore (the most popular Italian financial newspaper).
