Marta Manez focuses her practice on family businesses, company sales, investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She is an expert in corporate disputes, designing and implementing legal strategies, and also advises on Spanish and international contractual matters. She has participated in many renewable energy projects (mainly photovoltaic) and projects in the hotel sector. She is secretary of the boards of directors of several companies. She has worked at Spanish and international leading law firms, including the English firm Allen & Overy where she worked until 2011. She speaks regularly at forums on matters related to mergers and acquisitions and on international expansion, and is the author of several articles in specialist press.
