Bio

Jose Higinio Nunez has extensive experience working in international law firms in Mexico City, having participated in projects of major importance for Mexico in sectors such as finance, infrastructure and telecommunications. He has represented leading multinational companies in corporate acquisitions and integration in several sectors and industries. He has also participated in negotiating and implementing joint investments between crossborder companies to acquire, operate and maintain various assets relating to the energy sector. He works regularly with the Mexican Bar Association, participating and speaking in forums on financial law.
