Bio

Diego Pol focuses his practice on advising on risk management and corporate compliance. He advises on anti-corruption laws, export control and international sanctions. He also advises on designing, implementing and managing internal information systems (reporting channels). He has led many internal investigations and regularly provides training on compliance to boards of directors, management committees and other employees. He is the secretary of various compliance committees and coordinates projects involving many jurisdictions on a daily basis. Qualified to practice law in Spain and in the USA, he has extensive international experience. He also lectures at several business schools. Currently, he lectures on corporate compliance and trade compliance at ESADE Business & Law School and ISDE Law & Business School.
