Bio

Antonio Garcia Lapuente has participated in many M&A transactions in Spain, and in major corporate restructurings of industrial groups. He is also an expert in real estate law and energy law. He has participated in many greenfield and brownfield renewable energy transactions, and in energy performance contracting (EPC). He lectures at the School of Legal Practice of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Zaragoza, and at the Chair of Family Business of the university's Faculty of Economics and Business Studies. He also gives classes in the Family Business Analysis and Management Program. He is an independent expert for the quality evaluation and self-assessment committees for the university’s law degree program. He collaborates with the Revista de Derecho de Sociedades (Company Law Journal) on a regular basis, a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association and an arbitrator at the Aragon Court of Arbitration and Mediation.
