Bio

Lindy Lauder is a Partner in the firm’s Missoula office and is a member of the Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. Her practice areas include: Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy, Banking and Finance, and Commercial Litigation. Lindy grew up in Fort Macleod, Alberta, Canada and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Lethbridge, where she was also a member of the women’s Pronghorns basketball team. Lindy received her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she served as a member of the Idaho Law Review as well as the National Moot Court Team and the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. Lindy also served as President of both the Board of Student Advocates and the Golf Club, and was a Legal Research and Writing teaching assistant.
