As a partner in the corporate team, while I have considerable experience in advising directors and shareholders on a range of different types of corporate transactions, I have particular experience in transactions involving private equity (investment and M&A). Having worked with acquirers, sellers, management teams, banks, investors and private equity, I have a good sense for what is reasonable to ensure that the interests of all parties are fairly protected. In addition to the UK-based clients I work with, I also work with clients in the US and Spain (I am fluent in Spanish) and, as a result, a lot of M&A transactions I advise on are cross-border and involve private equity.
