I’m a partner in the banking and finance team. I advise my clients on a wide range of banking, finance and restructuring transaction, both in the UK and overseas. With over 30 years’ City experience, my role includes giving commercial, practical and effective legal advice to banks, financial institutions and funds, corporates, directors, insolvency practitioners and others. I have a particular focus on corporate and leveraged acquisition finance, the debt aspects of M&A, restructurings and non-contentious insolvency. I am also experienced in real estate finance and trade finance.
