I am a partner in the corporate transaction team with a general corporate background however I have chosen to specialise in private equity management advisory transactions having acted on numerous occasions for management teams and for sellers who are selling to private equity. I have spent a number of years working in house which I believe provides a valuable insight into matters from a client’s perspective. I take pride in offering a client tailored commercial approach ensuring the transactional process is as pain free as possible!
