I am the head of our corporate team. I advise privately owned businesses, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs, as well as corporate (including international) groups, on all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on corporate transactions. Specialising in M&A transactions, I’m committed to guiding clients through all aspects of the process, making it as stress free (and as even enjoyable) as possible. My team and I have been praised for our “total professionalism and calming influence”. I have particular expertise in the education sector, having recently advised on a number of nursery sales and purchases. I’m also an experienced banking and finance lawyer acting for both borrowers and lenders on a range of secured lending transactions, including with our real estate finance team.
