I am the head of the corporate team. I have considerable experience in acting for businesses of all sizes across a range of sectors with a particular emphasis on M&A, restructuring and banking transactions. Clients come to me because I am approachable, non- judgemental and commercial. I listen, take time to understand the situation and give a clear view on the way forward.
