A specialist energy and resources practitioner, Michael Macginley is an expert in mining, electricity and gas. He advises on matters including project structuring and development, mergers and acquisitions and the negotiation of complex commercial agreements. Michael has led some of the largest and most complex transactions in the energy sector. Michael was a director at AMPLA: The Resources and Energy Law Association from 2003 - 2013. During that time he served as Queensland President from 2003 - 2008 and as National President in 2012.
