Winston Gu focuses his practice on representing start-up and emerging growth companies on a variety of business and legal issues throughout their lifecycle, including incorporation and organizational matters, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Winston also works closely with venture capital and private equity funds, family offices and corporate venture groups on their investments and matters related to their portfolio companies.
