Stephen Rosen heads Cooley’s London corporate practice and has experience in acting for high-growth companies, investors, entrepreneurs and management teams on corporate transactions, with a particular focus on company sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital financings across a range of industry sectors. Stephen also regularly acts for spinouts, VC-funded companies and well-known investors in the life sciences sector.
