Ross Eberly works with both established and emerging companies on the entire range of employment matters. He predominantly assists with corporate transactions, including pre-acquisition due diligence; negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements; and preparation of employment and retention agreements. Ross especially enjoys advising emerging companies and startups on employment issues, and has particular experience in the technology, retail and fashion, media and entertainment and life sciences industries. Ross also frequently provides advice and counsel to public and private companies on the entire range of employment issues, such as restructurings and reductions in force, wage and hour compliance, employment policies and equal opportunity and discrimination matters. Ross also has broad experience representing employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative bodies.
