Michael Mcgrail practice includes the representation of company and investor clients in a full range of corporate legal projects, including mergers and acquisitions, private financings, corporate partnerships and technology licensing. He counsels companies and investors in many industries, with a particular focus on medical devices and life sciences. Mike is fluent in German, and a significant portion of his practice is devoted to international transactions.
