He has provided a number of domestic enterprises with legal services regarding the initial public offering, reverse takeover, backdoor listing and refinancing in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and etc. Mr. NIE has been working at Commerce & Finance Law Offices since 2019.
