Kelvin Balmont heads up the Corporate/Commercial and Banking Team in Southampton. Described by Chambers as ‘Highly responsive’ Kelvin advises companies and individuals on all types of corporate and finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments, finance and shareholder arrangements. Kelvin has particular experience of acting for technology businesses, manufacturers and has also acted on a large number of buyouts of IFA practices. Kelvin joined Clarke Willmott in 2004 and was elected as its chairman in 2020.
