Bio

Ryan Hornby is a partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Ryan maintains a general corporate practice which includes corporate finance (debt and equity), securities, mergers and acquisitions and advising on various matters relating to corporate governance. He offers a particular understanding of the mining industry, having obtained an Osgoode Hall Certificate in Mining and completed a secondment at Vale Canada Limited. He also recently served as General Counsel to a significant bitcoin mining operation.
