Noble frequently travels globally where he has represented clients and participated in several government-led international trade missions. Noble also served as a senior team member and legal counsel in Toronto’s successful bid to host the 2015 Pan American Games. Although many of Noble’s clients remain necessarily confidential, he is well known to have successfully lobbied the provincial government to allow mixed martial arts in Ontario on behalf of his client, Ultimate Fighting Championship. Noble frequently appears on national television and radio programs on behalf of his clients and as a political commentator. Noble has advised and has been part of the campaign teams of many politicians including two former Prime Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, Premiers, and Mayors and is a well-known trusted advisor to several of Canada’s business elite. Appointed by The Premier of Ontario, Noble is currently serving his fourth term as a Director and currently Chair of the Audit Committee of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) which is a multi-billion-dollar retail and distribution enterprise with over 9,000 employees and over 650 retail stores.
