Bio

Roberto De Acetis is a partner in Carnelutti Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on real estate and corporate transactions. Roberto advises primary Italian and international clients (asset management companies, real estate AIF, investors, banks and developers) in all phases of any kind of real estate project. He is specialized in acquisitions and sales of assets or portfolios, the set-up and management of real estate AIF, investment agreements and joint ventures, lease agreements and development of real estate projects for all market segments (office, logistic, retail, industrial, hospitality and residential). Roberto is a regular speaker at real estate conventions and seminars. In 2016, he graduated in law at the Catholic University of Milan and obtained a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law at the Sole24 ORE Business School. Roberto was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2018. He is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.
