Riccardo Zena is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s Family Business department and specializes in civil and corporate law, with specific expertise in real estate and in M&A, thanks to his involvement in countless acquisitions, mergers, demergers, joint ventures, and debt restructurings on behalf of private equity funds and industrial groups and financial institutions. Riccardo has also developed extensive and significant experience in bankruptcy law and enterprise crisis management, as well in commercial and corporate litigation. He also advises on law of succession and lifetime transfers, establishment of domestic and foreign trusts and fiduciary trusts. He graduated in law from the University of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1995. He has been admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2008. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
