Luca Arnaboldi, the Managing Partner of CARNELUTTI Law Firm, has been with the firm since the beginning of his career. His practice focuses on complex M&A and finance transactions, including within the real estate and media sectors. Luca is the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and was first elected in 2020. In addition, Luca is a professor of Mergers and Acquisitions Law at the University Carlo Cattaneo of Castellanza (LIUC). He has also lectured at various courses and seminars, at the University of Milan, at Milan’s Politecnico University, at the LUISS University in Rome, and at numerous conferences where he is a regular speaker on specialist financial and legal subjects. He was also the co-founder of the Strategic Management Course for International lawyers at INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. Luca is a registered Chartered Accountant and a reserve officer with Italy’s Guardia di Finanza (Italy’s tax police). He has held and still holds directorships or supervisory board positions with several, public and private, Italian and international companies. Luca was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1989 and gained audience rights before the Supreme Court in 1999.
