Benedetta Amisano is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department, where her practice focuses on real estate, hospitality, M&A, private equity and corporate. She is a Top Rated Real Estate Lawyer, her 20-year experience is recognized by the national and international legal markets, and her specialization in target industries provide Benedetta with an outstanding level of knowhow and technical sophistication. Benedetta won the RE INNOVATION LADY 2015 honorary award promoted by AREL Associazione Real Estate Ladies and Scenari Immobiliari. Benedetta assists a mixed client group of investors (whether Italian, non-Italian, public or private entities), developers, banks and public companies interested in increasing the value of their real estate property in Italy. In particular, she assists Italian and overseas property investment funds in the phases of development, investment and management of real estate assets.
