Yannick Verrycke is a corporate-technology partner who works extensively on venture capital, M&A and corporate partnering transactions both across the EMEA region and transatlantic. He is a lawyer with deep knowledge and expertise in the technology industry, particularly in the healthtech and medtech sector, where he advises clients of all sizes on growth capital investments, strategic commercial transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and management equity arrangements. He also provides counsel to fund managers on the formation and operations of private investment funds, and represents Belgian and international venture capital funds in their investment transactions. He is a frequent speaker at various accelerator and incubator programs for technology start-ups on topics such as investor readiness, corporate venturing models, co-founder arrangements, technology licensing and equity incentive plans for employees. Prior to starting Cambrian in 2021, Yannick was a partner at Cresco. Yannick obtained his master of law at UA and obtained postgraduate degrees in corporate law (KUL) and venture capital (UCLA).
