Brendan Johnson has a broad-based corporate practice with concentrations in venture capital, corporate finance and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He has represented clients ranging from emerging companies to widely held public companies in matters such as private placements of debt and equity securities, initial public offerings and other public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, preparation of SEC periodic reports and proxy materials, and strategic commercial arrangements. In addition, Mr. Johnson has represented numerous private equity-backed companies in connection with their acquisition program and other strategic transactions. Mr. Johnson leads the firm’s Start-Up and Venture Capital Practice.
