Molly Driscoll is an associate attorney with BrownWinick and has a general practice including, but not limited to, administrative law, business and corporate law, employment and labor law, and health law. Molly graduated from Loyola University of Chicago: Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing in 2006, receiving her B.S. in Nursing. While at Loyola, Molly was active in Alpha Sigma Alpha. Molly worked as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Chicago, Illinois and San Francisco, California from 2006-2011. During her nursing career, Molly obtained certification as a registered nurse clinician specializing in neonatal intensive care. She was also involved in the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, on the Associate Board at the Evanston Hospital and on the Young Alumni Board at Loyola University of Chicago. Molly received her J.D. in 2014, high honors, from Drake University. She also received her Master of Public Administration in 2014 and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society for public affairs and administration. While at Drake University, Molly was involved in the C. Edwin Moore Inn of Court, Delta Theta Phi, and the Health Law Student Association. While in law school, Molly was a student attorney at the Drake Legal Clinic – Transactional Law Clinic and was a Legislative Intern at the Iowa General Assembly, working on legislation related to Iowa’s healthcare exchange and implementing the Affordable Care Act. Molly is a member of the Polk County and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Iowa Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the American Health Lawyers Association and the Polk County Women Attorneys. Molly was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2014.
