Eve Duminy, Partner, is a member of the Litigation team. She assists and represents companies, notably international groups, and their senior executives in connection with civil, commercial and criminal proceedings. She handles more specifically complex business law litigation (corporate law, contract law, consumer law, white collar crime) as well as mass disputes. Eve has written numerous articles published in scientific reviews, in particular related to proof law issues.
