Bio

Having served as general counsel of publicly traded and private companies following years of experience at large global law firms as corporate and securities counsel, including at DLA Piper, Shana has extensive experience advising companies in all lifecycle stages. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of financing and growth transactions, including public offerings, private placements, acquisitions, mergers and reverse mergers. She specializes in securities law and stock exchange compliance, SEC reporting and corporate governance counseling. Shana works effectively with management and boards of directors to advise and support companies through not only strategic and significant matters, but also with day-to-day operations. Shana graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where she was a lead articles editor on the Editorial Board of the San Diego Law Review. She also holds a B.S. in commerce from Santa Clara University. Shana is a member of the California State Bar.
