Alex Cosgrove is a Partner in our Corporate & Commercial team.He has more than 15 years’ experience advising on commercial transactions. Before joining Brachers in 2019, Alex worked as a commercial lawyer in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, including a number of years at one of the world’s largest law firms.He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2024 directory.His team was shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021.
