Ruth Hargreaves is a Partner in our corporate team. Ruth is an experienced corporate lawyer who handles a wide range of corporate transactions and advises on a broad variety of commercial matters. She deals with issues such as company and business acquisitions and disposals as well as investment and fund raising, MBOs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. She acts for a wide range of clients and is experienced in acting for clients in the sport and technology sectors. She trained in a Manchester-based law firm and initially joined us in 2006 before spending three years as in house-lawyer at tech company TomTom. She rejoined our firm in 2017 and is based in our Manchester office. Ruth’s clients include Basketball England, CTI and Sedulo Group.
