Rupert Gill is a Partner in our Corporate team. Rupert is an expert corporate lawyer who handles issues such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate governance, partnerships, LLPs and group structures. He regularly acts for a broad range of clients including owner-managed businesses and large corporates. He also advises registered providers on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, innovative funding structures, amalgamations and mergers. Rupert often provides these clients with specialist guidance on corporate governance matters, constitutional issues, changes to model rules and intra-group agreements. Rupert has a strong background in non-contentious work and is highly experienced in representing companies in the private and housing and regeneration sectors. He is classed as a ‘Leading Individual’ and a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500 which has described Rupert as both “brilliant” and “outstanding”. Rupert’s clients include James Hall & Company Limited (SPAR), NWF Group PLC, Torus and Regenda. Rupert joined us in 1999 and is based in our Liverpool office.
