Frazer House practices corporate and securities law, and advises clients on their M&A and capital markets transactions. Frazer has expertise in a broad range of transactions, including a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments and all stages of growth financing transactions ranging from seed capital to initial public offerings. In his M&A practice, Frazer represents acquirers and target companies involved in takeover bids, plans of arrangement, reverse takeovers and other business combinations and corporate transactions. In his corporate finance practice, Frazer advises issuers, investment dealers and institutional investors in a wide range of financing transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings and public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, both domestically and cross-border, with an emphasis on high-growth markets.
