Bio

He is skilled in M&A and private equity and he advises Italian and international clients in national and cross-border transactions. Is an expert in company law, corporate governance and real estate transactions. He works also in restructuring and bankruptcy procedures. Furthermore, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of several companies and acts as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. He is a member of the Bar Association of Bologna.
