He is skilled in M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate transactions and provides assistance in the implementation of extraordinary transactions and corporate consulting to companies. Moreover, he handles restructuring and bankruptcy procedures. He is skilled in Cooperative Law and the author of several publications on this subject. In the past, he also acted as the Chief Legal Officer in corporate legal unit. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of joint-stock companies and listed companies as well as a member of Supervisory Bodies of various companies. He was Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economics of Bologna University.
