Steven McKoen practises securities and corporate law. His practice emphasizes domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate finance, and corporate governance. He acts for a wide variety of issuer, underwriter and private equity clients in a variety of sectors including high-tech, mining, biotech and forestry. In the mining industry, Steven has advised on both transactional agreements as well as commercial agreements such as streams, offtakes, royalties and option agreements.
