Mungo Hardwicke-Brown has been with Blakes since 1988. He advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance and major energy infrastructure project development. His practice is primarily focused on the natural resources and infrastructure industries with experience across all sectors, including petroleum, natural gas, oil sands, electricity, potash and other commodities, pipelines, storage, LNG terminalling and supply arrangements, power generation and transmission. Mungo also has a broad range of experience in P3 (public-private partnership) projects. Mungo has extensive transactional leadership experience, including international and cross-border, and involving many specialized practice areas, including public markets, tax, regulatory, trade and competition, employment, pensions and litigation.
