Michelle Noorani advises both public and private companies, as well as investment dealers, on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, stock exchange listings, private placements, restructurings, take-over and issuer bids and other transactions. In addition to transactional work, Michelle also advises companies on general corporate matters and compliance with securities law and stock exchange requirements.
