Bob has over 20 years of experience in senior management and through the application of available technology aims to support our service delivery and quality assurance across all of our legal disciplines. Bob has overall responsibility for the support services that enable us to maintain our quality service to our Clients. Bob has worked for global businesses and also within large legal practices both North and South of the border driving up quality, service standards and people development within these organisations.
