Bio

Mark Pinder joined Birketts in March 2020. He is a Partner in our Corporate Team and is Head of our International Team. Mark has spent his career working in the City of London, initially at a magic circle firm. He later joined a US law firm to build their UK corporate offering and then a large international firm, where he was head of the international corporate team and founder of their Middle East operations. Mark’s focus is UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and joint ventures and other collaborations. He also has considerable private equity and venture capital experience. His speciality is advising US companies acquiring companies or assets involving the UK, the EU and/or the Middle East, especially those requiring project management across varying time zones and jurisdictions.
